Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – 14 days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
For Customers residing outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the terms set out in this Refund & Returns Policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement sent to the following email address: info@thunderparts.eu.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the provision of services where the service has been fully performed with the Consumer’s prior express consent,
-
for the supply of non-prefabricated goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom-made or personalized products),
-
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
If a product is made to order or personalized, information about the exclusion of the right of withdrawal is clearly indicated in the product description.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
Returned products must be unused, show no signs of installation or use, include all components, and be properly secured for transport.
Products are manufactured in short production runs, including using FDM (3D printing) technology. Minor visual differences resulting from the production process, such as visible layer lines, slight color variations, or surface texture differences, do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a complaint.
We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. Lack of original packaging may result in a reduction of the refund amount if it affects the product’s resale value.
Return Procedure
Before returning any product, please contact us by email at info@thunderparts.eu to facilitate the return process.
The returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract.

For returns sent from outside the European Union, the Customer is required to mark the shipment as “return of goods” and complete all customs formalities required in the country of dispatch. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, regardless of the country of shipment, unless the Seller expressly agrees to cover these costs in a specific case.
For returns from outside the European Union, the Customer is also responsible for any customs clearance costs, import/export duties, taxes, or other charges incurred in connection with the return shipment.
Refunds
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of delivery to the Customer (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Seller), no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the Customer provides proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers are advised to inspect the shipment upon receipt. In the event of any damage or receipt of incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at info@thunderparts.eu.
For international shipments, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed by returning the product and placing a new order.
The shipping costs for the new order are borne by the Customer unless the Seller decides otherwise.
Product Use Information
Some products are intended for track use only and do not have road homologation. This information is always stated in the product description. The Seller shall not be liable for any use of products contrary to their intended purpose or in violation of local laws and regulations applicable in the Customer’s country.
